Hassle-Free Maintenance, On Time Every Time

If only 1/20 of an inch of dirt builds up on a heating or cooling coil, you could lose 21% of your heating and cooling efficiency. That translates to energy bills up to 20% higher than they ought to be! Lack of routine maintenance on your HVAC system costs you money!

If you want to keep your HVAC in perfect working order but you won’t remember when to schedule the next maintenance, you could benefit from a Drabek & Hill Planned Service Agreement. With a Planned Service Agreement, we keep track of your routine maintenance and contact you to schedule your heating and cooling tune-ups. Your system is maintained without the stress of remembering it.

Why a Planned Service Agreement is right for you

Peace of Mind – Twice a year before peak heating and cooling times, our professionally trained technicians will perform routine maintenance and conduct a multi-point safety inspection on your heating, cooling and duct system. We solve problems before they start.

Lower Repair Costs – PSA customers receive an added discount on any needed repairs, even after hours!

Preferred Treatment – With regular maintenance, breakdowns will happen less. But should you have a breakdown, you will receive priority service.

Warranty Assistance – We can provide proof of proper maintenance to the manufacturer so home warranty repairs are honored.

Lower Utility Bills – A maintained system is an efficient system, and an efficient system may save you as much as 15% on your utility bills!

Longer Equipment Life – By avoiding the strain put on equipment from blocked coils and filters, your system will last longer.

Transferable Coverage – Increase the value of your home by transferring your service agreement to the new owner. Or keep it to yourself and transfer it to your new residence.
