E.J. Drabek
Founder
Elmer John (E.J.) Drabek founded Drabek & Hill, Inc. in 1961 when he was 30 years old. E.J. grew up in Wynnewood, Oklahoma where he cultivated an interest in all things mechanical from his father, Elmer John, Sr. After enjoying a brief stint in the armed forces, E.J. worked in the sheet metal industry, where he became familiar with central air conditioning and heating. E.J. enjoyed nearly 50 years of marriage to his wife, June, before passing away in May of 2003. Together they had four children: Claude, Kathy, Beverly and Charlotte.
Claude Drabek
President
Claude joined Drabek & Hill alongside his father in 1977 after completing a degree in Psychology from the University of Oklahoma. With almost 40 years of experience, Claude is an expert in the HVAC and plumbing industries. In addition to his role as President of Drabek & Hill, Claude is deeply involved in his community through his efforts with Rebuilding Together OKC, Downtown Rotary and the Better Business Bureau. Claude currently lives in northwest Oklahoma City with his wife of over 30 years.
Jonathan Drabek
Manager – Inventory and Installation
Jonathan Drabek attended Oklahoma State University in Okmulgee and obtained degrees in both Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Technologies and Business Management. Jonathan has managed the installation department and our inventory since 2016. Jonathan currently lives in Oklahoma City with his wife and daughter.
Megan Drabek
Accounting and Human Resources
Megan Drabek attended the University of Oklahoma where she obtained a Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in Business Administration. Upon graduation, Megan joined Drabek & Hill full-time and currently works in accounting and human resources. Megan lives in Oklahoma City with her 3 children.
